New enamel and glass jewellery by GrayJean Glass
One of our talented jewellers GrayJean Glass has just brought in a new line of jewellery into Origin. They feature Vitrious Enamel on to a copper shape, which is a process of covering a base metal with fine glass powder and firing, either in a kiln or flame. They have all been fired a minimum of four times before any other glass is added to make the decorations. Each shape is hand cut from sheet copper and all the findings are sterling silver.

We have worked hard to make our shop safe, with a hand sanitiser at the entrance and a screen around the till area at. Face coverings are welcome for those that wish to wear them.
Origin is a co-operative of makers and artists from Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Swansea and Ceredigion with its shop based in the busy market town of Carmarthen. In the shop you will find a wide range of high quality handcrafted ceramics, glass, jewellery, metal, textiles, wood and cards as well as a wide range of original art work and prints.
