Lockdown Adventures with Siramik

March 2020 and suddenly we were faced with lockdown. Siramik had to stop all courses and weekly lessons but was fortunate to have the workshop 10 yards from the front door. After a successful Christmas period the stockroom was empty so there is plenty of work to do stocking up again and we have been busy.

A new range of farmyard cups and bowls is developed together with new products in the already existing range of designs. A shift from selling from the shop Origin to more online and social media has proven to be successful and efforts are in place to open a shop with one of the online retailers. 

We still do not have any indication when the studio will be open again, but till then ceramics are still produced and new designs developed. It has been great to have the time to stand still and rethink, develop and come up with new ideas. Enjoy!

COVID-19 Update

We have worked hard to make our shop safe, with a hand sanitiser at the entrance and a screen around the till area at. Face coverings are welcome for those that wish to wear them.
