Esgair Fibres specialises in creating wonderful accessories in the best quality yarns available

As a weaver and knitter I like to create beautiful individual hand crafted accessories.  I only use the best quality yarns and fibres and these include Baby Alpaca, Baby Llama, Kid Mohair, Silk  and Extrafine Merino. The result is luxuriously soft scarves, shawls, hats and fingerless mitts in a rainbow of colours.  I also design knitting kits using the same wonderful yarns which are also available should you wish to create your own.

Inspiration for my weaving comes from the colours in the countryside around our smallholding near Llandeilo and the feel of the wonderfully soft fibres and yarns.

Origin is a co-operative of makers and artists from Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Swansea and Ceredigion with its shop based in the busy market town of Carmarthen. In the shop you will find a wide range of high quality handcrafted ceramics, glass, jewellery, metal, textiles, wood and cards as well as a wide range of original art work and prints.
