As well as Origin in Carmarthen, Annie usually supplies shops and stores in Wales, UK and worldwide with her eclectic mix of handmade pewter Celtic beads and jewellery. However, with the lockdown in place, most of her customers have been closed…so she has been busy working on new bead designs (top secret!), tidying her Beadoir and making stock. Her bead boxes are now bulging with beautiful beads, all ready to thread in to necklaces, bracelets and earrings. Chakra jewellery is one of her best sellers, so she has designed a Chakra Cwtch earring, which is truly “jewellery with a heart”. She has also been busy in her garden, which is suddenly looking very edible!

We have worked hard to make our shop safe, with a hand sanitiser at the entrance and a screen around the till area at. Face coverings are welcome for those that wish to wear them.
Origin is a co-operative of makers and artists from Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Swansea and Ceredigion with its shop based in the busy market town of Carmarthen. In the shop you will find a wide range of high quality handcrafted ceramics, glass, jewellery, metal, textiles, wood and cards as well as a wide range of original art work and prints.
